I expect that people have got the gist of it by now; Every six months it seems we get a new release of a SingStar game, bringing with it 30 new tracks, a couple of extra features and a load of people to my house to loudly sing the songs I seem to like the least. While SingStar Party brought the 'Duet' feature to our living rooms, this time it's the 'Rap' and 'Medley' features...The SingStar legacy that has invaded my house has overwhelmed even my own desire for it. Previously I had to convince my friends to play it with me, to help 'review' it (despite continuing far beyond after my last review had gone live), but with this incarnation, everyone seems to have taken it upon themselves to ask whether we can play it. Has Home-Karaoke finally become mainstream enough to be acceptable? Perhaps, but if I have to try and attempt Marilyn Manson's 'Personal Jesus' again, we may get (more) complaints from the neighbours. - James Hamer-Morton
